Heroes is an American drama television series created by Tim Kring. Comic book writer Jeph Loeb (Superman/Batman) has signed on as a writer/co-executive producer. It debuted on the NBC network in the United States on September 25, 2006. The series premiere was the most-watched program that night among adults 18-49, attracting 14.3 million viewers overall and receiving the highest rating for any NBC drama premiere in five years.[1] Repeat episodes began airing on the Sci Fi Channel on September 29, 2006. The show also airs in Canada on the Global Television Network.
